Integrative Medicine Appointment
Please note that the practice is private pay/out-of-network. We do not participate directly with any insurance plans. A superbill will be provided that you can submit to your insurance company.
In Office
- Initial appointment: $800 for a two hour appointment. $550 per hour if less than 1.5 hours.
- Established patients/follow up: $450/hour
Virtual
- Initial appointment $650 for a two hour appointment. $400 per hour if less than 1.5 hours.
- Follow up/established patients: $375/hour
Meditation, Integrative Basics, Diet, Sleep, Stress Management, Nervous System Balancing, Energy Medicine, Deprescribing CBT
In Person
- Initial appointment: $650 for a two hour appointment. $400 per hour if less than 1.5 hours.
- Established patients/follow up: $400/hour
Virtual
- Initial appointment $500 for a two hour appointment. $375 for 1 hour.
- Follow up/established patients: $320/hour
